These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and Asia99 ("Company", "we", "platform"). These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the Asia99 website and services. Please read them carefully before using our platform.
1Member Eligibility & Account Registration
1.1 Basic Eligibility Requirements
To register and use Asia99's services, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:
- At least 18 years old on the date of registration.
- Legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
- Not listed on any register of individuals prohibited from using online gambling services under applicable local laws.
- Using the Asia99 platform in a personal capacity, and not as a representative or agent of any third party.
- Not currently enrolled in a self-exclusion programme on any gambling platform.
1.2 Account Registration
Each individual may only hold one active account at Asia99. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful and current information, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, a valid email address and your date of birth. Providing false or misleading information at registration constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
Asia99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals that exceed certain thresholds. This is a standard procedure to protect members from identity fraud.
1.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Asia99 account password and login details. Asia99 will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own failure to keep your login information secure. Please contact the Asia99 support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
2Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods
2.1 Deposits
Asia99 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods:
- Touch 'n Go eWallet
- DuitNow (direct bank transfer)
- GrabPay
- Boost
- ShopeePay
- FPX — including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, Bank Islam, Public Bank Berhad, and other FPX-participating Malaysian banks
The minimum deposit amount is RM 10. Deposits are typically credited to your account balance within 1–5 minutes. Asia99 does not charge any fees for deposit processing; however, individual e-wallet providers may apply their own separate charges in accordance with their own terms.
2.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a verified Malaysian bank account held in the same member's name. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30. Asia99 aims to process withdrawals within the following timeframes:
- E-wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay): Typically under 10 minutes
- DuitNow / FPX bank transfer: Typically 15–30 minutes during bank operating hours
- VIP Gold members and above: Express processing, typically under 5 minutes
Withdrawals will only be processed once all applicable bonus rollover requirements have been met. Submitting a withdrawal request while an active bonus with an outstanding rollover requirement exists will result in that bonus being forfeited.
2.3 KYC Verification
Asia99 complies with Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements as part of our commitment to responsible financial practices. For withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000 within a 30-day period, members may be required to submit a valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad) for verification. This KYC process is in place to protect members against identity fraud and money laundering.
3Bonuses, Promotions & Rollover Requirements
3.1 Welcome Bonus
Asia99 offers a welcome bonus for new members. This bonus is subject to the rollover requirements specified in the respective promotional terms. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new member. Any attempt to claim a new bonus by opening an additional account will be considered bonus fraud.
3.2 General Rollover Terms
Unless otherwise stated in the terms of a specific promotion, Asia99's general rollover conditions are as follows:
- Slots bonus: 20x rollover on total deposit + bonus amount
- Live Casino bonus: 25x rollover on total deposit + bonus
- Sports Betting bonus: 8x rollover on total deposit + bonus
- Rollover expiry: 30 days from the date the bonus is credited
Example: You deposit RM 100 and receive a 100% bonus (RM 100). Your balance becomes RM 200. If the rollover is 20x the total deposit + bonus, you need to wager RM 200 × 20 = RM 4,000 before you can make a withdrawal.
3.3 Bonus Abuse Prevention
Asia99 actively monitors for bonus abuse behaviour. The following activities are considered fraudulent and may result in account termination and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses:
- Opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus
- Using bonuses for hedge betting that is clearly intended to meet rollover requirements without genuine risk
- Sharing an account with another person to meet rollover requirements
- Using technical methods or automation to play
4Betting & Gaming Rules
4.1 Sports Betting
All Sports Betting on Asia99 is subject to the following rules:
- Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled unless the relevant match is cancelled or postponed by more than 24 hours
- If a match resumes within 24 hours, all bets remain valid
- The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds used for settlement, regardless of any subsequent changes to those odds
- Asia99 reserves the right to void bets resulting from technical errors or significant odds discrepancies
- Live in-play betting is subject to the availability of a stable internet connection — Asia99 is not responsible for bets that fail to be confirmed due to connectivity issues on the user's end
4.2 Casino Games
All casino games on Asia99 use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or, in the case of live casino, real dealers operating via live video stream. Completed game results are final. Asia99 does not accept any cancellation claims based on playing strategy or assumptions about alternative outcomes.
4.3 Technical Disruptions
In the event of a technical disruption during a match or game session, Asia99 will review system log records and deliver a resolution within 48 working hours. Where the disruption is attributable to Asia99's systems, appropriate compensation or adjustments will be provided to affected members. Disruptions caused by a user's internet connection or device do not constitute grounds for a compensation claim.
5Privacy & Data Security
5.1 Data Collection
Asia99 collects personal information necessary for the operation of the platform, including name, phone number, email address, payment details, and gaming activity records. This data is collected based on your consent at registration and is used solely for the purposes stated in the Asia99 Privacy Policy.
5.2 Data Protection
All personal and financial data is securely stored using 256-bit SSL encryption. Asia99 does not sell, rent, or disclose members' personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. Information may be shared with relevant parties only in the following circumstances:
- Legal requirements or valid court orders
- Payment service providers for processing transactions

6Account Closure & Restrictions
6.1 Asia99's Right to Close an Account
Asia99 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms
- Suspected fraud, money laundering or criminal activity
- Multiple account registration or bonus fraud
- Providing false information during registration or KYC verification
- Threatening, abusive or harassing behaviour towards staff or other members
- Use of unauthorised automation software, bots, or technical methods
6.2 Account Closure by Member
Members may close their account at any time by contacting the Asia99 support team via live chat or by emailing support@asia99-jit.com. Any valid balance remaining after deducting outstanding liabilities will be returned to the original payment method within 5 business days. Account closure is permanent — closed accounts cannot be reopened, and re-registration by the same individual is prohibited unless explicit approval is granted by Asia99 management.
7Limitation of Liability
Asia99 provides its platform on an "as is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding continuity of service, freedom from errors, or compatibility with all devices. To the extent permitted by law, Asia99's total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.
Asia99 is not liable for:
- Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform
- Service disruptions caused by factors beyond Asia99's control, such as internet outages, natural disasters, or government actions
- Gaming outcomes made based on statistical information or analysis provided by Asia99 — such information is for reference purposes only
- Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to maintain account security

9Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the Asia99 platform after any amended Terms take effect will be considered your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendments, you have the right to close your account before those changes come into effect.
